About

I’m Daria Kazarina. I live in Spain with my husband and five furry ones. I love mountains, the sea, and warm evenings with board games and loved ones.
I believe that a person is capable of more than they are used to thinking about themselves. I’m a psychologist and coach with 3000+ hours of individual practice over 5 years. Behind those numbers are hours of deep work together, crises lived through, inner shifts, and real change for my clients.
Education and professional path
I have a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the East European Institute of Psychoanalysis in Saint Petersburg.
I have completed multiple continuing education courses in:
- schema therapy
- psychoanalytic therapy
- systemic couple and family therapy
- emotionally focused therapy for couples
- coaching and existential coaching
- additional training in eating disorders
- psychiatry for psychologists
This allows me to bring new tools into my practice, broaden my perspective, and see my clients, their requests, and their difficulties more clearly.
I am in personal therapy myself: I had individual therapy for a long time and now continue in a group format. Personal therapy helps me as a professional to understand my own reactions, notice projections, and stay steady with my clients.
Who I don’t work with
This is important for safety. I don’t take on:
- addictions (alcohol, drugs, gambling)
- moderate to severe depressive disorders
- acute suicidal states and crises requiring emergency care
- eating disorders in acute phase requiring medical intervention
- psychotic disorders
- bipolar disorder without medication support
- other psychiatric diagnoses without a psychiatrist involved
- I don’t work with children or adolescents
If you’re unsure — write to me, and I’ll suggest where to turn.
