As the activity is carried out in Spain and is aimed at users in the European Union, the processing of personal data is governed by:

  • Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR);
  • Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD) on the protection of personal data and the guarantee of digital rights.

By continuing to use the Site, you confirm that you have read this Policy.

2. Data controller

As the activity is carried out as an individual without a formally registered legal entity in Spain at the time of drafting this Policy, data is processed directly by Daria Kazarina as an individual professional.

3. What data we collect

The Site does not contain registration forms, contact forms or other means of directly collecting personal data (name, email, phone, etc.). You may contact us using the contact details on the contacts page; however, such contact is initiated outside the Site.

When you visit the Site, the following technical data may be collected automatically:

3.1. Usage data

On each request to the Site, servers and analytics services may automatically record:

  • IP address of the device;
  • browser type and version;
  • operating system;
  • pages of the Site you visit and time spent on them;
  • date and time of visit;
  • device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

3.2. Data collected via cookies and analytics services

The Site uses the following third-party analytics services:

  • Google Analytics (Google LLC, USA) — a web analytics service that collects aggregated data on user behaviour on the Site (page views, traffic sources, demographics and interests). Google’s privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
  • Yandex.Metrica (Yandex LLC, Russia) — an analytics service that collects similar data on Site usage. Yandex privacy policy: yandex.ru/legal/confidential/.

Both platforms use their own cookies and may transfer data to servers located outside the European Economic Area. Such transfer is carried out in accordance with mechanisms provided for by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions, etc.).

Processing of Site usage data and analytics data is based on:

  • Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): analysis of traffic and improvement of the Site for its functionality and security. We have carried out a balancing test and consider that our legitimate interest does not override your rights and freedoms.
  • Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): for non-essential cookies (analytics and statistics), we ask for your consent on first visit via a cookie notice banner.

You may withdraw this consent at any time by changing your cookie settings or using the tools described in Section 7.

5. Important note on psychological services

The Site is an informational resource and is not intended to provide psychological assistance, collect health data or process other information falling under special categories of personal data under Art. 9 GDPR (health data, mental state, etc.).

Any communications related to consultation services (including correspondence to book a session) take place outside the Site — by email, messengers or phone — and are governed by a separate service agreement and the psychologist’s professional confidentiality principles.

The Site may contain links to Daria Kazarina’s pages on social networks (Instagram, Facebook and others). By following these links you leave the Site and go to third-party platforms, which are governed by their own privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the collection and processing of data by these platforms. We recommend that you read the privacy policies of the relevant services.
