Individual sessions are a space where we focus one-on-one on your request. We work at a pace that suits you. No pressure, no rush.
Duration and format
- Session: 50 minutes.
- Online — from anywhere in the world.
- In person — in Valencia.
First session
In the first session we get to know each other, clarify what brought you here, define a focus (what you want to change), and agree on format and next steps.
What does NOT happen
- I don’t judge or “educate”
- I don’t push or demand “instant change”
- I don’t promise instant results
If you're scared to start — that's normal
Sometimes anxiety spikes at the mere thought of “I’m going to see a psychologist.” That doesn’t mean something is wrong with you. We go at a comfortable pace.
